We now ship directly from our partner in China which allows us to offer you better ship rates over shipping from Los Angeles. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary from country to country. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Unless otherwise stated, our product prices and shipping costs are exclusive of all import duties and taxes. All orders are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Be assured we do our best to help bring down these costs when possible. 

Our fulfillment partner does not cover any duties, taxes or associated handling fees which may be applied to your order by your local government. Please be aware that you will be responsible for payment of these costs upon delivery of your order. Please contact your local DHL or customs office for more information. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding any orders that are stuck in customs clearance. Our prices are charged in US Dollars(USD). Please be aware of your local currency conversion rates when calculating the value of your order.

Australia: Orders shipped to Australian addresses are inclusive of GST. Orders over the value of $1000 AUD will incur addtional import duties and taxes.

USA: Orders shipped to US addresses over the value of $800 USD per order, will incur import taxes and duties.
